Awww! What sweet kids you have! And what a great mommy they have!
I'm gonna miss this too... but I'm glad you will always be with me :) We will miss and remember together, when the time comes, and enjoy/spoil our grandchildren :)
When my children were younger, I just knew that I wouldn't miss things like messes, diapers, having to feed them. Now my youngest is 6 and I already do miss it in some ways. (Not in others!) And I know they will too soon be off on their own. Waaaaa!
Nice post!
Oh, SOOOO true Cynthia! The time just flies by. Beautiful children!
My youngest is 20, and yep, you miss it. (they still leave messes at 20+, hate to tell you that, but yep, and I'm glad cause it means they like to be at my house) They are just way cuter with the paper hats and dinosaurs, plus I know you get lots and lots of hugs...revel in it, love it :). They are darling children!
Smiles, Melinda
It amazing how quickly time passes and you do miss all those things! My oldest is 30 and my youngest will be 13 next month!
Being a mom is the best..even on those crazy busy days!
Beautiful blog and I especially love this post. You are one wise mom!
I do think that, despite all the mess and problems children bring, we will miss this phase when it's gone. I already miss my 5-year-old's wanting to be held close when he was a bit younger, now he won't even let us kiss him. And I already do miss the newborn phase, when they are so sweet and innocent and helpless and they gaze up at you with so much love. It goes by way too fast. And I'm doing my best to enjoy it.
Are you sure we will miss it?????? Oh I loved this post! What a sweet husband you must have!
Thanks for all your comments. When I took the pictures I was pretty mad and yet as I was putting them together I could see definitely things that I missed that day in my anger.
